Flower Farm Subscription FAQ

What size is the bouquet?

We have one size for our flower friend bouquet. It is larger than our smallest size, but not too large. Approximately a $45 value for $37-38 per bouquet. Stem counts will vary throughout the season but rest assured our flower friend subscribers bouquets get special attention!

What are the weeks of the different subscriptions? 

• April (3 Bouquets) : Weeks of 7, 14, 21
• May (4 Bouquets) Weeks of April 28, May 5, 12, 19
• June (4 Bouquets): Weeks of June 2, 9, 16, 23
• July (3 Bouquets) : Weeks of July 7, 14, 21
• August (4 Bouquets): Weeks of July 28, August 4, 11, 18
• September (4 Bouquets): Weeks of September 1, 8, 15, 22

• Please note there are no bouquets the week of May 26th (Memorial Day Week), week of June 30th for 4th of July Holiday and the week of August 25th (week leading up to Labor Day).

At time of purchase, please make a note of what day of the week you chose for picking up your bouquet.

What if I need to miss?

Share with a friend or loved one! Due to the perishable nature of flowers and given that we are a super tiny team, we are unable to accommodate special requests or reschedule your bouquet to a different day unless you notify us by Sunday of that week. Flowers are such a wonderful gift and way to say “I Love You” or “You are the best neighbor!” Send your neighbor, friend, or loved one to pick up your bouquet that week.

Can I gift a Bouquet Subscription?

Yes! When you go to checkout, please fill out their information on the shipping line. Then shoot us an email with details of who to reach out to for scheduling. Be please sure that when you gift a subscription that your recipient is aware of the pick up or delivery schedule and commitment. Our email is info@belfiorefarm.com.

Will you send a reminder?

No. This year we will send ONE email to confirm your subscription. It is your responsibility to document your pick-up or delivery dates in your calendar / enter them in your phone. Please make note of what day of the week you chose and those dates when you purchase.

Do you deliver?

Absolutely! We offer a flat $12 fee for delivery within 20 miles of our storefront in Downtown Lee's Summit.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is currently a flat fee of $12.  Each delivery will be $12. Please choose the day of the week you'd prefer to receive your delivery. We may reach out to you to adjust your delivery date so that we may group locations together.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Bel Fiore Co. delivers between 12 PM and 5 PM. Delivery times are based on our delivery routes and the distance from our shop. During busy times, we may be out delivering flowers until 6:30 PM. We can not guarantee a specific time for standard deliveries.
